What is our return Policy?
We want you to love your purchase! Unfortunately, for ebooks and other virtual goods, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the fact that your purchase is intangible. For physical books that are shipped, you can return it within 14 days of confirmation of shipment received for a full refund.
For other products (shirts, tote bags, phone cases, etc.), any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the printer’s part are covered at the printer’s expense.
Please Note: all items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return – this includes final sale items with .99 endings.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning an item, you are responsible for return shipping except for certain circumstances including printing defects. We recommend that you use an insured, traceable method. Devon Vesper cannot be held accountable for lost packages.
What if my shirt is the wrong size?
In the product description, there is a sizing chart. We highly recommend you take your measurements before you make a purchase to ensure the correct fit. If, however, you receive a shirt that is the wrong size, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] For size errors, unless you are sent a different size than what you ordered, you are responsible for extra shipping charges.
What happens if I was shipped the wrong item?
Our physical products are printed on demand when you submit your order, and a mistake in delivery is extremely uncommon. However, in the unlikely event that we inadvertently shipped incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately at [email protected]vesper.com with the subject “Wrong Item Received”. We will investigate the issue to make sure you have indeed received the wrong item, which will require photographs and possible other information from you, and if we deem you have received the wrong item, we will issue you a pre-paid label for your return, and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of the replacement product.
What happens if my item has a printing defect?
Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with a photo of the defect and your order number, and we will get in touch with the printer to start a re-print if possible.
What if my product(s) were damaged in the mail?
We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods (packaging and the product) and your order number sent to [email protected], then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. If any order arrives broken, damaged, incomplete, or wrong, we will reship your order to ensure you are satisfied with the product.
