What is our return Policy?

We want you to love your purchase! Unfortunately, for ebooks and other virtual goods, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the fact that your purchase is intangible. For physical books that are shipped, you can return it within 14-days of confirmation of shipment received for a full refund.

Please Note: all items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return – this includes final sale items with .99 endings.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning an item, you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend that you use an insured, traceable method. Devon Vesper cannot be held accountable for lost packages.

What happens if I was shipped the wrong item?

Our physical products are printed on demand through CreateSpace.com, and a mistake in delivery is extremely uncommon. However, in the unlikely event that we inadvertently shipped incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately at support@magelightpress.com with the subject “Wrong Item Received”. We will investigate the issue to make sure you have indeed received the wrong item, which will require photographs and possible other information from you, and if we deem you have received the wrong item, we will issue you a pre-paid label for your return, and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of the replacement product.
